This session will review how to properly complete the OSHA Form 300 Log of Injuries & Illnesses, OSHA Form 300A Summary Report, and OSHA Form 301 Incident Report. The session will cover how to properly classify injuries and illnesses and participants will be able to identify when to report an incident to OSHA. We will also cover how to navigate the OSHA websites to find vital recordkeeping and recording information.

- Review Federal OSHA and Iowa OSHA resources for employers
- Identify OSHA recording and reporting requirements
- Classify injuries and illnesses for the OSHA 300 Log and 300A Summary
