This sessioin will focus on powerful ways of navigating conflict at an organizational and departmental level to allow for productive disagreements and discussions to occur that will increase employee engagement and encourage more involvement from all employees in decision making processes. The key to increasing productive conflict is having “Psychological Safety” in your organization. We will discuss how leaders can foster Psychological Safety and encourage productive discussions in meetings. This session will use multiple teaching styles including didactic presentation and small group discussion.
