When receiving large document sets from customers or team members, it’s common to run into organizational errors - such as out of order pages or a lack of navigational hyperlinks. In this course, we will cover how to perform a wide variety of workflows to fix common document management issues, such as adjusting PDF pages, creating page labels, and adding hyperlinks for efficient navigation. You will also learn how to set up your documents to save time and ensure privacy, by immediately highlighting revisions and setting up PDF security. By the end of this course, you will be able to work with even the most complex document sets with ease.

- Understand how to use the Thumbnails panel to perform page edits
- Create hyperlinks for navigational ease
- Use the Bookmarks panel to create quick links to pages and drawings
- Set up PDF Security
